GPSBabel Plugin - Manual
'Import' Actions
Click on "Other Tasks - Import".
When you have properly installed GPSBabel, the list of accepted file types will be much
longer than it used to be, before you installed the plugin.
On the plugin's settings page you can chose which types are offered.
Several well-known types have an icon of its own, others are displayed with the 
icon.
Simply select the desired file and SportTracks will import it as usual.
'Export' Actions
Click on "Edit activity - Export".

Simply select the type of export file. The plugin opens a file selection box and lets you select, where the exported file
will be saved.

The settings page of the plugin has several sections.
GPSBabel Information
This section tells you, if and where GPSBabel is installed.
Plugin Settings
This section lets you configure a few settings:
- The plugin can automatically join distinct tracks from an import file into one single
activity, when the gap does not exceed a given period of time and distance.
You can configure the period of time and distance on this settings page.
- You can let GPSBabel reduce the number of track points during import and during
export.
Note: My AfterImport Plugin offers a similar functionality for import.
Supported File Formats
This plugin supports a vast number of file formats. You can select which of these you want to use. Simply uncheck a
format in the "Import" and/or "Export" columns of this table. Unchecked formats will not be offered for import or
export.
You can as well change the file extension for every format. Simply click on the "File
Extension" column of the format and change the format.
