Copy Data - Manual
These
actions are available in the 'Edit' menu of views
"Daily Activity",
"Activity Reports",
"Equipment",
"Athlete" and "Routes".
Available when one or more items are selected in this view.
Copies the selected items and all referenced items as well as
plugin-specific data to the Windows clipboard.
So when you copy an activity, the activity category, all used equipment
items and all plugin specific data for these are copied as well.
Note: plugins must support this Copy/Paste mechanism to have their data
copied as well. Have a look at the settings page to see which plugin
data will be copied.
Note 2: while in trial mode, the
lower part of equipment item images will be grayed
When the clipboard contains data that can be pasted, an info pops up
that lets you decide if you want to paste these:

When pasting into another logbook, the plugin tries to match pasted
items with existing items.
E.g. when you copy an activity with category "Running (track)" the
plugin checks if a category with this name exists in the target logbook.
If it exists, the activity will be linked to the existing category. If
not, a new category with this name will be created.
This export format is available in the 'Export' menu of views
"Daily Activity"
and
"Activity
Reports", when one or more activitities are selected.

This format is similar to the standard "Fitness Log" format of
SportTracks but provides some extensions:
- .fitlogEx files can contain not only activities but:
- equipment items with images
- category and zone definitions
- routes
- .fitlogEx files can carry plugin specific data for all of these
items
This format makes it possible to transfer a self-contained copy of
activities and all referenced items.
So you can send complete copies of your activity data to your friends,
your trainer or transfer them to another PC.
Upon import not only the the activity data will be added, but
categories, equipment items, plugin specific data, ...
The plugin adds a new import file format "Extended Fitness Log
(*.fitlogEx)" to import files exported with this plugin.
The settings page of this plugin contains a list of plugins that
support the copy/paste mechanism provided by the Copy Data plugin.
Plugin data in this list will be copied by this plugin.

The "Plugin
Information" panel is standard for all my plugins. See the General
Features page for details.
