Waypoints and Courses - Features
A
very powerful plugin
that seamlessly integrates GPS
waypoints and Garmin
courses
into
SportTracks, features for which you would have to use Garmin Mapsource™
and Garmin TrainingCenter™ or similar 3rd party applications otherwise.
Some of the outstanding features of this plugin are:

'Edit'
Actions
The plugin adds several new actions to the "Edit" menu in the "Daily
Activity" view 
and the "Activity Reports" view 
of SportTracks.

GPS Track from - Activity - to add a GPS track to an
activity (copied from another activity)
- Apply
GPS Track from - Course - to add a GPS track
to an activity (copied from a course)

GPS Track from - Route - to add a GPS track
to an activity (copied from a route)
- Add/Fix Elevation - to add or correct elevation data to an activity, taken from
SRTM and other sources of digital elevation models

course(s) - to create a course/courses from the currently
selected activity/activities
